Nail Technicians:
Spa Phoenix is looking for an ambitious licensed nail technician who is proficient in luxurious spa pedicures and manicures as well as the innovative Shellac system. An ideal candidate would deliver outstanding customer service while providing high quality nail services including manicures, pedicures and nail enhancements, accurately and thoroughly, in accordance with established procedures. Take initiative and action to improve/perfect knowledge and skills. Demonstrate a positive attitude and professional image. Display a high standard of customer service, courteous and attentive to client needs.
The candidate should proactively develop new customers, maintain clients by offering customer appreciation tasks such as thank you notes etc. to existing clients, consistently strive to meet established service and retail sales goals, maintain a clean and organized designated work area following each client and at the end of each business day.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, reliable, and available to work various schedules, including weekends and holidays. Open to working events in-house and off-site to promote Spa Phoenixand to help establish new clients.
